Nate is finally 14 can you believe it?! Only 2 more years and he will be driving...weird! He was not the happiest or nicest birthday boy but I think it's because football every morning has been kicking his butt! Plus baseball in the afternoons, he's just not adjusting too well. Kelsey was at work all day so I'm not really sure what Nate and MacKenzie did
all day but when everyone was home it was off to yet another softball game for MacKenzie. I don't think Nate was too happy that we had to spend his birthday at a softball game but he had fun climbing in the tree and pestering his dad. After the game we went back to the house and while I finished decorated the "football" cake we got some good pictures of DelRay cooking dinner! It's not very often that he does this so the kids made sure we put it on the blog! After having dinner the grandparents came over and we all had cake and ice cream. Not much of a birthday party but he chose to go to The Olive Garden tonight to finish celebrating and supposedly he's getting new cleats for football! Happy Birthday Nate we love you!!
